I got to wear my sunglasses today. I loved it. Sun makes me happy. Please spring come soon.
Saturday was a day of apron-making for me and studying for Josh. We also had a BBQ at the Harris' and then went to the temple that evening. The Spokane temple is pretty small, but it was so pretty. We had a great weekend.
And as a random note, whatever happened to the 80's plastic baby bike seats? You never see them around anymore, and they were so cool. The trailer is all you can buy now which is like 5 times the price, weight and size. Lame.
Breakfast in Bed. Crepes, Bacon, Blackberries, Hot Choco. My fav. Excuse the scary pic of me, I just woke up.
An amazing candle-lit dinner by my husband
So, I always joke about this, but I'm really starting to believe it now. Since I got married I have turned into a major lame-o when it comes to being sick. I used to rarely ever get sick, no matter what it was. I would always joke about how my friend Jenn would get sick all the time and be sick forever, and now it's happening to me! Before I got married, I got one cold a year, stayed up until wee hours of the morning and was up ready for school with no problems, and just repeat it again the next day, I also rarely ever got headaches. Now, not only do I get headaches, I get terrible migraines, like once a week nevertheless, which make me throw up they hurt so bad and I have to sleep for hours and take meds to make them go away. I also am exhausted at the end of each day and am usually getting about 7 hours of sleep, which is way more than I used to get with no probs. I get like 3 colds a year, that last over a week. And out of all things I have developed eczema on my hands in the winter and my fingers got so bad they were practically raw and I also have two different creams to put on them. I mean seriously, I am 23, not 53!! I'm not sure what to do with myself, but I am really getting tired of it and not looking forward to growing older, and also having to deal with all of this crap while taking care of my kids/family.
It is also lined with pink in the back and has a big bow. I should have taken a picture of the back of it, oh well, next time.
He is #5. For some reason my camera sucks at taking any pictures where its semi-dim, which seems to be 90% of the time. Lame. Maybe in 3 years when I can actually afford an SLR....
We also went to a superbowl party with lots of fun people and ate ourselves crazy and of course watched the 3D commercial at half time with the 3D glasses.
Josh's dad came to visit and check out Spokane, since the last time he saw it all he saw was a million boxes flowing into our apartment. He was his typical self and spent his whole time helping us do things that we just don't have the money to do, like fixing Big Red. Big Red is now working like a charm after being out of order since before Christmas. We also made our kitchen the dentist sink and the couch the dentist chair and he helped Rhett with a broken retainer. Thanks dad for all your help and willingness to support us in everything!!
